LVPG LPD Series
The LPD (litres per day) series of “On-site” disinfectant production systems deliver a highly effective general purpose sanitizer. Our devices make use of CME (Cell Membrane Electrolysis). Water, salt and electricity combine to produce highly effective “Hypochlorous acid rich” disinfectants (we call AnoFluid).
Hypochlorous acid (HOCL) is naturally produced by our bodies in its fight against infection. The sanitizing / disinfecting properties of Hypochlorous acid (HOCL) have been well researched. It has proven to have broad spectrum antimicrobial activity and is able to kill micro-organisms very rapidly.
Hypochlorous acid (HOCL) should not be confused with Hypochlorite (OCL-) the more commonly produced disinfectant, associated with “On-site” disinfectant production systems. HOCL has tested x 80 – 100 times more effective (by volume) to these “weaker” products.
LVPG AnoFluids may be tailored to meet the needs of our customers and their applications. We at LVPG believe that this feature offers advantages to our clients and provides LVPG with a significant advantage in this market. LVPG systems optimise the production of AnoFluid which is to be used as the sanitizer / disinfectant. The solution’s sterilising / disinfecting properties (in terms of “shelf life”) remain active for periods of time (hours to days) before degrading to weak saline solutions.
If required, LVPG systems may be factory configured to produce, an alkaline solution used for degreasing and cleaning. Typically only small volumes of this product are required to be produced “on-site” as its application is limited. LVPG systems produce no hazardous by-products; there are no hazardous chemicals or residuals to be stored or disposed of.
LVPG products are ecologically safe and create no environmental issues. As a result LVPG delivers reliable, robust, safe devices and fluids suited to applications as diverse as the provision of potable water for aircraft, ships etc., in agriculture, to CIP (Cleaning in Place) applications in the food and drinks industry. We welcome the opportunity to discuss applications and challenges to determine if LVPG solutions can be applied and what advantages can be derived from using our products.
