Realised Applications
Very honored reader,
We have highlighted some of the key applications currently installed with some of the worlds established companies. These applications are generic to a wide range of companies. The applications include but are not limited to the prevention of lime and rust in heat exchanges, fire sprinkler systems, cooling loops associated with plant and machinery. More industry specific applications, for example associated with crude oil and shipping are discussed in more detail in their own section.

Water conditioning in meat processing plant - “Abattoir” Odenwald
The problem and costs:
The “Meat Processing“ Plant one of the largest in Germany 44,000 animals are processed annually. “Lime-scale” in the water poses a major problem. Existing decalcifying system requires salt to “soften” water. The facility requires 50 m3 of water per day. Cost of consumables (salt) is estimated at € 300 a month.
Solution:
A 4“ inch Conditioning-Ring is installed on water supply“In-Flow Pipe”. 100% of all water entering this facility now treated. “Decalcifying“ unit has been “de-activated“.
